Overview
Calendrip was designed as a robust web-based appointment and scheduling solution for small businesses and individuals. The goal was to simplify the process of managing bookings, reducing scheduling conflicts, and enhancing productivity.
The project was a collaborative side initiative by a small team, where I was responsible for designing the entire product from concept to final output.

Process
Wireframing & Prototyping:
I started with low-fidelity wireframes to outline user flows and interactions. The focus was on ensuring an intuitive experience, with clear navigation and easy access to core features. After multiple iterations and feedback sessions, I developed high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
Key Features Designed:
Dashboard Overview: A clean and organized dashboard displaying upcoming appointments, pending requests, and insights
Booking System: A flexible appointment scheduling system with customizable time slots, reminders, and automated confirmations
User Roles & Permissions: Custom access controls for business owners, team members, and clients
Challenges & Solutions:
One major challenge was balancing feature richness with ease of use. To address this, I focused on progressive disclosure—displaying essential information upfront while allowing users to explore advanced settings as needed.
Outcome
Although Calendrip didn’t launch due to time constraints and shifting priorities, the project provided valuable insights into designing scalable scheduling solutions. I refined my approach to usability testing and learned to prioritize features effectively.
Calendrip was a meaningful design challenge that reinforced my ability to create user-centric solutions. Despite its cancellation, the experience shaped my approach to future projects, especially in designing intuitive, flexible interfaces for business applications.
